Really good Service and Clean Room

The staff member at arrival was professional and helpful. Breakfast service was really good with genuine warmth. The breakfast was great and constantly well stocked. The Christmas decor made the hotel beautiful and charming. Our room was spotlessly nice and neat I was charmed by the service and care.
The air conditioning control in the room was broken which was not ideal during a warmer day I noticed.

The hotel features a sports bar offering enjoyable burgers and excellent salad accompaniments it also has a Bonvoy members' lounge with tasty evening appetizers. There is a Starbucks in the lobby for coffee and sandwiches.

Saluna was very cute and helpful with parking questions she patiently explained the process. Laudeo told us more about the hotel history showing dedication to customer service. Ishak was helpful and ensured every need was met .

I appreciated the assistance I received upon arrival. A hotel employee promptly helped me with my luggage. Check-in was smooth, and the staff showed genuine interest in my travels, this added a personal touch. I got an amazing room upgrade along with lounge access.
I noticed the machines available for Uber bookings near reception were not operational. This made arranging transportation a bit inconvenient. The hotel claims to have a shuttle, but this service was not available.

The location is central to Heathrow.
The room I had was not very clean with dirty marks on the door. The air conditioning controller was in pieces and possibly dangerous to touch. There was also a lot of noise during the night from above, it sounded like someone was dropping bowling balls.

the reception staff helped me rebook for another night, they were very nice. the sports bar staff were quick when i ordered food to go. akshay and lalldeo at reception were very caring and professional. there is a starbucks in the lobby for coffee and sandwiches..
the hotel profile states it uses the red bus for airport shuttle service, but that is no longer true. you need to take uber or bolt to the airport, more expensive. the room window is not soundproofed, i heard aircraft noise until curfew.

uneven experience at the heathrow hotel
buffet optionstv problem
the location was pretty convenient. breakfast had a great range of buffet options like breads, cheese and fruit.
the tv didn't work. i call the reception five times over a period. a technician was sent, but the problem reappeared not long after he left. they should do better.
