The service was outstanding, especially Karsten & Karolina at the front desk who went the extra mile to assist with flight check-in. The location was peaceful and tropical, though a bit overheated at times. The dining experience had its hits and misses with tasty options but also some disappointments. Overall, a mixed experience with certain positive and negative aspects to consider.
